The group provides faith-based support for Christians and raise awareness in church communities. The webpage also has personal stories of the Hearts of Hope Founders. Hearts of Hope is also connected to other American infertility support groups and uses their resources for daily devotionals and group reading content. Hearts of Hope also has a Facebook page where members can connect and share stories and prayer.
